   All of our food was good; tomatoes caprese, lobster bisque, lasagna, truffle mushroom pasta was a little too oily, but good flavor, carbonara and chicken parmigiana. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The pizza took forever to come out, after we had all received our entrees. Lastly, it’s ridiculous you have to pay for bread, maybe for extra bread, but not the initial serving.

   Again and again, consistently excellent service, friendly as can be! Food was amazing, the guest were thrilled and had a great time! I couldn't ask for more

   It was perfect for the occasion, nice spot for a quiet and easy going weekend dinner with good food, excellent friendly service and nice live piano music. I recommend it to everyone

   The food is good ! Our server was good as well ! It’s fairly pricy for the food, we got 2 pasta dishes and honestly they were more like kids meal portions especially for the price, I got shrimp scampi and there was a lot of shrimp but just small about of pasta, it was very tasty though The set up is just very open and therefore it gets rlly loud ( they were also playing loud music as well) it’s somewhat hard to have a nice dinner when ur sitting like 2 feet from the table next to you. Overall good place but for the fancy food price not the best ambiance or portions

    We had been to B.B. Italia several times and although the ambiance is lively and the restaurant has a unique theme openly welcoming their guests into what feels like a big family dinner party there were a couple of disappointments. For the value of the experience the service level and the quantity of food needs to go up several notches. The service level was lacking as our waitress had too many tables and randomly checked in on us. The food quality was consistent as in the past but the salad and entrees we had seem to be smaller in portions than in the past. It may be quite some time before we return given the competition in the Sugar Land area.
