   We had been to B.B. Italia several times and although the ambiance is lively and the restaurant has a unique theme openly welcoming their guests into what feels like a big family dinner party there were a couple of disappointments. For the value of the experience the service level and the quantity of food needs to go up several notches. The service level was lacking as our waitress had too many tables and randomly checked in on us. The food quality was consistent as in the past but the salad and entrees we had seem to be smaller in portions than in the past. It may be quite some time before we return given the competition in the Sugar Land area.

   My husband ordered the chicken parmigiana. When it arrived, It was soggy and cold as if it was sitting for a while.

   Our meal was excellent. I wish I could give 6 stars to show the level of customer service we experienced. Truly remarkable. The food portions were worth every penny and the deserts are a must-share. While we don’t live in town, this restaurant is sure to be a frequented spot when traveling to Houston.

   Very good Italian restaurant. I go there often and I’ve never been disappointed. I will certainly go there again. Ambiance, food, and service are very good. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars is because the food at a 5 star restaurant is AMAZING and not just very good.

   Great experience. Excellent wait staff. Give recommendations on food. Great recommendations. Ambient was great. The piano player was pretty good. Will be back in the near future

    Food is good, but the menu is very limited…so sad. Service was okay but we had to pack our own take home. Overall, this restaurant is going backwards in terms of food choices and services. But, the pianist was outstanding!
