   Although service was slow, it did not ruin our dinner. Food was amazing. The server remembered items but beverage service was slow. Food delivered before water was provided. I ordered a sake that came at the end of the meal. Otherwise the evening was perfect!

   I had a reservation for 8:15pm. We were told that they were running 30mn late and weren’t seated until an hour later even though there were free tables in the restaurant. Once seated, we waited another 20mn for a server to come get our orders and another 20mn for the chef to come and start making the food. Bad experience

   At a the bar , wasn’t as good on my last experience and this is my favorite location. Busy day seem as it was understaffed but the manager helped and did his due diligence to satisfy us!

   We sat for an hour without even getting our drinks. We were there for my mom‘s 82nd birthday with 10 people, and the manager tells me to be patient the table next to us sitting down after us and had their food being made before we even got our drinks. Our hibachi shelf was great, but the manager was lacking in professionalism, and the server was probably the worst I’ve ever had.

   Our waiter EJ was the best!!! We were seated at 6:29 even though we had a 6 pm reservation. The women’s bathroom needed attention

    I made a reservations in advance for Valentine’s weekend. However, upon arriving, we were informed there would be an additional hour wait beyond our reservation time. It was incredibly frustrating and felt disrespectful, given that it was such a special occasion. I understand things can get busy, but what’s the point of allowing reservations if they won’t be honored? This complete lack of consideration for our time ruined our plans, and I couldn’t help but feel that they didn’t value their guests. It was a huge letdown.i have dined at Benihana many times this experience has really made me question if I want to give them my business anymore.
