   I had to ask my big trip four times for water. She was the worst waitress probably I’ve had in a very long time. And the ventilation system in there is horrible. My eyes were watering.

   Had a resaved a table to 6:30 pm got the table at 7:20 pm and before i had a drink on the table it was 8:00 pm not good enough!! Chicken was under cooked and our chef looked like he had worked for 10 days straight and was not able to remember the order without looking at the ticket every 2 minutes

   Service was terrible (took an hour before we were even served drinks plus without straws) but the food was delicious

   Restaurant should be ashamed of itself. They took our reservation on line for 7pm and when we got there they told us that the on line system should never had let us book it as they did not have enough chefs and it would be between 45 minutes to one hour before we would get seated. They said it happens to them everyday. SO BE VERY AWARE do not book this restaurant unless you have unlimited time to wait. Staff tried to do what they could serving us in the bar, but it was just not what we had signed up for.

   It was smoky. Food was good but not sure i like smelling it the next day on everything including the car.

   It’s consistent. You know what you’re going to get and the kid’s always have a good time. A big shout out to Chef Nelly who always goes above and beyond to engage with the kids, answer all their silly questions and cook us a solid meal. We really adore her charisma.

   It was such a lovely experience, our cook was named Emilio I believe. He was such a kind funny person and really connected with our family. It was truly worth the money and time. Definitely will be back again next January to celebrate my sister’s birthday.

   We visited Benihana West Boca on a Thursday night and were disappointed from start to finish. Despite having a reservation, we waited 15 minutes and experienced slow service at the bar, where drinks were overpriced and poorly made. The food was shockingly low quality for the price—steaks were tough and comparable to frozen cuts, and the hibachi show was the only highlight. The bathrooms were disgusting, with clogged toilets, broken locks, and towels on the floor, raising concerns about overall cleanliness. To top it off, the server awkwardly requested a cash tip due to issues with ownership. For a $288 bill, the experience was far from worth it, and we won't be returning.

    Was seated 45 minutes AFTER my reservation time. Poor value for the money and the amount of garlic butter on EVERYTHING was beyond overkill. I have had similar sushi at Publix. Just a meh experience at best with a poor overall value for the amount of money spent.
