   Normally this Benihana location is good but last visit they really dropped the ball on service. Slow and uncaring all night. Other groups had the same poor experience. Complaints to the manager were met with indifference, which was probably the most frustrating part.

   Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Manager Lance horribly rude. I will post a full fledge review on TikTok and Google. This was my granddaughters 5th birthday and we made reservations for 6:30 pm, arrived at 6:15, and we were not seated until 7:25 pm. I should state the other quests at our table, strangers to us, basically stated to the manager your service has been poor and you really need to step up your game. I cannot detail every thing that went on here but I will never return.

   they come to this restaurant often. It is a neighborhood favorite. This is the first time we’ve been here for lunch and it was excellent Mario, the chef, was quite engaging and special. Kudos.

   They only had one booster available for our family so our children couldn’t see. Our grill wasn’t turned on so they were really delayed and the chefs fixing it were really disgruntled. Our chef was clearly new and didn’t do any of the fun things that the chefs at other tables were doing. It’s a pretty big bummer when the table next to you is getting lots of tricks and you aren’t getting any and you’re still paying an arm and a leg for chicken.

    Adding in my review from yelp after last nights disaster: My husband came for a date night tonight and decided to sit in the bar/lounge area. We had a reservation and were sat down promptly but that was the only fast thing about the night. We each ordered the $39 taste of Benihana and I guess the cheap price is what costed us to be here for almost 2 hours. It took 40 minutes to receive our starter soup and drinks. Another 20 minutes to receive our appetizer and remind the wait staff that we hadn't received our salad. Upon receiving our entree, the food was cold and had to call the waiter and let them know the situation. The food was reheated and even then it wasn't hot. At this point I was already hangry from waiting too long that I decided to eat the food. Food was a 4/10. Not sure when I'll decide to come back to this location after our experience tonight. To top it off, we weren’t the only ones experiencing the situation, everyone in the area around us which was about 6 tables were experiencing the same situation.
