   On a Saturday night at 5:00 pm they were out of many of their beers , ice tea machine was "broken", food had no flavor. Chef was not energetic but spoke broken English and we could not understand him. Scallops weren't cooked all the way. We all returned home and needed a snack because we were still hungry even after getting 5 course meal. The restaurant is very small and extremely loud. We could not hear anyone else from our table talk unless they were sitting next to you

   Waited 3 months to get the banana tempura and they didn't have it.

   Rickey is the best chef at this place. He is the only one I would let cook for me. The server came back timely and check on the table. It’s was not busy for a Friday. A plus for me.

   My grandkids love Benihana and while we go often, we have not always had the best experience. Fortunately, this time was great! Our server Joseph was fantastic and our cook Chico was great as week. Service was on point and food was as well. Most definitely will be back with the hopes of getting this dynamic duo once again!

   Although I’m a regular and don’t really like trying new chefs today i had a wonderful experience with chef CINCO. Very nice and well mannered chef. He cooked the food very well and also kept us entertained. Only issue i have comes from another party at the next table giving the chef a hard time and making the other guest uncomfortable. He cooked the food very well didn’t second guess anything i asked for and engaged in small talk. If i could give him 10 stars i would he was that great and I’ll enjoy his food anytime of the day. Go chef CINCO!!!!!

   Darren the chef was very friendly and made the experience worth the price. Joseph was also a great server.

   Here we are again. This time was better. We celebrated 4 birthdays and the food was great other than the soup not being hot enough. It was room temp. Salad was amazing and had plenty of dressing, yum. Chef was great and the show was good. Overall, it went well this time around. Sat within 10 mins of our reservation and host took our order right away. We were charged a 20% service fee because we were a party of 8. I think this is ridiculous. Ended up paying 60 bucks more on top of having to still tip. Not happy about that. Sad that it also made me want to tip less. Hopefully the service fee goes to cook and waitress? Not sure. Overall, we left Satisfied.

    Do not expect to be seated at the time of your reservation. I made a reservation hours before, at 5:15 p.m., to celebrate my mother's birthday. As I arrived, I checked in, and they said to wait for a couple of minutes. I asked the host if the table was ready and finally explained that there is a line of people still waiting to be seated who had reservations before me. I did not get seated until 5:50 pm. Disappointed with that as we were sitting outside for a long time.
