   We went to celebrate a birthday. There were 8 of us and we had a great time. Both the person who waited on us and the hibachi chef who prepared the table-side food were great. The food quality was very good. As expected the food was standard for this type of place but the meats were high quality and the steak was done just right. The place is well lighted and clean. Even without drinks and sharing dishes it was about $40 per person - so not exactly cheap. I would recommend this place.

   Ashely was our server. Never going here again because of her. So sad because other times and our last server was chefs kiss! No other times have I experienced such a horrible server in my entire life! She was gone the entire time. Instructions and orders were given clear and specific and were still not being able to be fulfilled. Came back confused and with nothing. Asked for Diablo sauce more than three times. Never once did she come around to AT THE LEAST check for what our table needed or wanted. Swapped herself out for a different server and basically only came back to get her name on the check to get the tips LOL! SHAKING MY HEAD! She’s been working for more than one year is what she claims but can’t do the bare minimum of checking back with her table. Our reservation was at 4pm in which we got seated at that time yet we didn’t get a chef until 5:30pm. She thinks she got away with just acting dumb walking away and coming back like very half hour. UNBELIEVABLE! She thought I was being unfair to her but I was stating the facts of her behavior and “customer service.” What she needs to know is that it was unfair for me and my partner and all the others at my table. She wasn’t slow. She was inconsiderate and lazy. It would be different if she was at least TRYING and was slow but no. No effort was given. Just plain and simple. What a way to end my night!    The thing I was really looking forward was the chicken fried rice. And sadly I was disappointed I have been to Benihana before and the rice is usually on point. But this time it was very hard and difficult to chew and almost burned.

   Meal was very good, wait was long even with reservations. Cook was uninspired but was trying. Wait staff was slow and not proactive.

   Prices are still a bit high, but the server Alec and the chef Levi were exemplary!

    Made a reservation for 6:45, we were seated at 7:15 our cook came out at 8/8:15. I feel like the food wasn’t that great this time 2 of us got filet mine was over cooked the size of the chicken breast is so tiny my 18 month old ate it all. Seem like we were there forever it was 9pm by the time we paid and we didn’t even linger. The cook was funny but the food is mediocre.
