   The Benihana Restaurant in Temecula is exceptional- service is the best, the food prep is always fun and engaging, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is celebratory. Members of our family choose Benihana each year for their personal celebrations.

   Appointment was for 7:30pm but didn’t get seated until 9:00pm. The cook was brand new and didn’t give a show, burned our food, and messed up our orders. We pay for the experience and show, save the “cooks” who can’t perform for those who have regular dine in seating. Horrible experience.

   Arrived before our reservation. Didn’t get say until 40 mins after our reservation. Chef and food were excellent.

   We thought it was really great and the service was excellent in the lounge. We think the Management should have more employees working on a holiday weekend. There was one person between the entire bar and lounge area for waitressing and making drinks and she did an excellent job with a smile! But my heart went out to her and I think management could do better. We think the food was excellent, the service was excellent and the atmosphere perfect. I would suggest taking good care of your valuable employees and not over-working them. You don’t wanna lose the great staff that you have due to burn out. We will definitely be back!

   Valentine Dinner crowd out the door. Reservations were not fulfilled, waited 1 1/2 hrs longer than reservation time. Restaurant was overwhelmed and over booked. Bartender, Eddie made the long wait pleasant and fun.

   Took two hours after our reservation once we sat down it took another two hours just for the cook to get started then it was hair and my wife’s salad

    We had reservations for 8:30 we were 15 minutes early for. We didn't get seated until 9:20. Appetizers and salad/soup didn't start for another half hour. Chef got to the table about 10:30 and finished just after 11pm. We got our check at 11:20pm. The whole time, it was very loud and hard to hear the staff.
