After ten years of continued success in the New York metro area, Benjamin Restaurant Group is proud to open its newest space, Benjamin Steakhouse Prime. Here, modern elegance is combined with traditional steakhouse classics, while also showcasing signature standouts from highly regarded sister property Benjamin Steakhouse. After perfecting both steakhouse and seafood concepts in their arsenal, Benjamin Restaurant Group is highlighting the grill at Prime, serving up USDA prime dry aged steaks and succulent seafood in unique ways. The 10,000 square foot space houses an expansive main dining room featuring wall mounted fireplaces. A temperature-controlled wine wall is exposed throughout the upper level which also offers five customizable private dining spaces for seating of up to 100+ guests.

    Service felt rushed. Waiter wasn’t very attentive nor personable. A bit snobbish really. The food was okay. The baked clams were delicious. We shared a tomahawk special. Ordered medium rare and received it medium. It was okay noting special. The creamless creamed spinach was okay (odd name but they use butter instead of cream) the mash with truffle was good. Drinks were nice. Overall I felt like I probably wouldn’t go back for dinner if I’m going to spend $400+ for subpar service and moderate food.

    We enjoyed a delicious meal before a show. We were lucky to be there during restaurant week and took advantage of that menu. The calamari app was amazing! Would definitely return and recommend to others.

    Steak cooked exactly as ordered, with a superb char. Chilean Sea bass was delicious with a perfect crust. The brussel sprouts were the best I’ve ever had.
