The Hotel San Cristóbal's Restaurant offers a fusion of classic Mexican cuisine with a Mediterranean,
inspired by the diversity and culinary abundance of Baja California. By exploring All Saints and
surrounding communities, you can see fishermen arriving at the beach in their pangas with their daily
fishing, smelling fragrant basil in the night air, and observing whole truckloads of strawberries, herbs, and
green beans from fields not far from the beach . The menu will focus on this incredible local abundance,
variations of traditional Mexican dishes, and other fresh and simply prepared foods.
The wine programme will focus on winemakers who cultivate sustainably, with emphasis on organic and
biodynamic wines. The selection will cover Western Europe and the United States and include some of
Mexico's exceptional wines. The cocktail menu will include artisanal mezcals, tequilas and classic
cocktails from warm climates

    My dinner was excellent. Most interesting salad with charred greens on a smear of wonderful light hummus. Fish was extraordinary, but unfortunately, it was also illegal and should not have been purchased or served. I had never heard of Totoaba, and it wasn't until I got home and spoke with my husband that I learned I shouldn't have been eating it. This chef is so talented he could have made any number of other options taste excellent. There are several excellent farm to table restaurants in the area that hopefully care more about sustainability. We'll head to one of them next trip. Lovely setting and ambiance.

    The food and services were great. The only downside is how cold it was “inside.” For late January it would nice if they were willing to completely close the windows and doors. I’m sure it is lovely open like that 9 months of the year.

    The setting, service and ambiance are excellent. The menu options are notably limited. The execution of each option is overwhelmingly complicated rather than complex. Each option would fare better with at least two fewer ingredients. On balance, the chef should rely primarily on the essence of Mexican cuisine: direct access to fine, local ingredients and simple preparation.

    Wonderful dinner at this amazing hotel! We had a few very unique dishes. The scallops with gnocchi and chorizo was fantastic. The grilled Caesar oysters was an experience!

    We loved the setting outside watching the sunset. The Arugala salad was very tasty. The brioche bread delicious. The sea bass was perfectly cooked in the lemon wine sauce. My chicken was over cooked I think. Dry. But the service was impeccable. Edna and Enrique did a fabulous job. And took such good care of us. The best. We also loved the carrot cake for Pablo’s birthday. Outstanding. Thank you.
