Host rolled his eyes when we walked into be seated. There was some snow outside so we were the only ones dining. Our server was great and very attentive. My pasta was cold but, will not be returning.

While several other locations are closing this one remains open and it has always been one of our favorite locations of all of the Bertucci's that are open. The restaurant was not that busy and we were quickly seated per our reservation and our waitress Erica was excellent she is a seasoned professional and able to take your order keep the bread in garlic dip coming and had great drink suggestions to go with our meals. She was friendly and attentive.

The food was Only slightly sub par Bertucci fare, but given the very few customers and the many people traipsing around the floor who were seemingly employed for the weekend lunch the service and wait for food was abysmal! They all seemed to be on the first day of the job and had no understanding of the process for effectively communicating orders to the kitchen. It was comical but also, really, we wanted to have lunch.

Upon arrival for our reservation, we were completely ignored for about 10 minutes. The place was total chaos. There was one person garnishing pizzas, slicing them, and then serving them. I think she might have been the hostess, given her slightly dressy outfit. A waitress finally seated us, gave us menus, and took a (soft) drink order. There were three menus each, just adding to the perception that this place has no clue what they're doing. We both ordered from one of the extra menus. My dinner companion had baked ziti, which he liked. I had a "hand-stretched spicy meatball pizza". It was good, in spite of globs of sauteed onion scattered around it. This Bertucci's is conveniently close to home, but future outings to Bertucci's, we'll probably visit a different site.

Simple Saturday dinner out. We know Bertucci’s will always be consistent and good. Very impressed by the young woman manager. We could tell they were a bit short-staffed, but we know that is often a part of dining out nowadays so it was not a concern to us. This young woman never stopped moving, from station to station and task to task. Always with a smile and an upbeat disposition. Shortly after we ordered with one of the wait staff, she stopped by to check on us. I had forgotten to order something with my meal and asked if it was still possible to do so. Without skipping a beat she said, “Anything is possible” with a smile and went off to make it happen. Perfect answer, even on a night when the crew was working hard to keep up. Overall an enjoyable visit. Great staff experience.

Sadly the food was not up to par (their silano pizza was bland and under cooked and meat calzone lacked meat(!) and was a burnt puff of crust) and waitress (may have been only one in her defense) forgot to put item in and not great…

Consistently very good regardless of lack of staff during these unfortunate times of Covid and many not wanting to go back to work. Bravo for those who do to keep local businesses alive and still offer great food and service! This place does it well!
