Our fully licensed restaurant, lounge and bar is popular with locals and visitors alike. Using the best Cornish farm and sea produce, our chefs create varied and interesting dishes to delight your palette; their seasonal menu has gained the restaurant an excellent reputation in the area.

The extensively stocked wine cellar gives you an excellent choice of reasonably priced wines from around the globe and every wine is unique and of the highest quality. Friendly welcoming staff and delicious food served quickly what more could you ask The only slight issue was that both my self and my guest struggled with the cutlery ads it was triangular and quite difficult to hold but everything else excellent

The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in, food 10/10 , room 10/10 *****staff were really friendly & helpful really happy thank you ,,,, will definitely stay again and recommend,,,,,,

Stayed for a December weekend with wife and kids. The town was so charming and full of history. The hotel was fully decorated for Christmas and has a very cozy feel. The staff was extremely cheery and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing. We had the steak and ale pie and hunters chicken. They even added a few items to their menu just for the kids. Definitely would recommend this hotel and town for another stay.
