    Bewleys was a traditional Dublin cafe with a great reputation. Alas, the revised Bewleys has totally lost the wonderful ambience, the delicious aroma of ground coffee and delicious cream cakes. Bambrack? Sadly due to the above this is likely to be our last visit.

    We found the service excellent. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and served us quickly as we were rushing to an event. The only negative is the almond bun. We love that bun but feel it’s not as nice as it used to be!

    Bewley’s welcomed our large family group. We were able to meet with local Irish relatives, enjoy lunch, and spend time visiting without feeling rushed. The food and coffee was wonderful! Bewley’s is a beautiful restaurant and a lovely place to spend an afternoon meal.

    A bit disappointed with the food quality. My sons pancakes were tasteless and our full irish was only OK. I expected better for the price. Could not fault the service or the ambience. Both were excellent so will probably return but only for coffee

    Food quality was poor for what we got. Pastry was hard. Small pancakes and tasteless poor quality. Smoked salmon on very thin brown bread, presentation was poor. Disappointed overall.

    Love Bewleys my last visit was perfect this time unfortunately not… wrong order, delay to correct same. Additional order forgotten then waiter asked was it delivered and another delay before it came to the table. Today not a good experience! Next time will be better 🤔

    Outstanding experience in all ways. Our waiter, Celine, was truly exceptional. Haven’t had service like that in some time. Professional, kind, friendly, and helpful. We had Afternoon Tea and it was an experience to remember.

    I love Bewleys but Unfortunately today they stretched themselves too thin and seemed to struggle with the mothers day rush. As always the food was excellent but the service left alot to be desired. After waiting 30mins no one had been near us to ask if we wanted a drink so we went looking for a server, after another 25mins we got our drinks and after an hour and a half we finally got our food. Our waitress was less then enthused when we mentioned our disappointment and id go as far as to say rude and unprofessional. As i said i love Bewleys and i will likely return but hopefully improvements are made in the meantime to improve the service side of things.
