Afternoon tea in Bewley’s . I was disappointed. Glad I had a voucher that was €60 for two instead of €100 but i don’t think it was even worth the €60. The waitress couldn’t have been nicer , so good at her job!! Food was just ok nothing special or anything that stands out . Need to up their game!

We went for my friend's birthday celebration. I booked for 4 adults, but we came with a 5month old baby with carriage. Was told 'you didnt book with a baby'. I felt embarrased infront of everyone. By the time we got a table, the party next to us have the same situation, a baby with a carriage. I need to know what's the drama behind booking with a baby. The hot drinks and pastries were ok at best. Scone for €5.5? It should be one of the best, but no. We have to ask for 2 hot drinks twice that werent served. The place is crowded and cramped. I dunno if this is usual. But I feel cramped in a canteen. The staff were nice and attentive. But the hard product was a complete contrast. I wil cancel the 2 bookings of afternoon tea after this experience. For almost similar price, just go to the nearby hotel.

Expected a bit more from this experience. Bar a few cakes to represent Peter Pan the advertising video is nothing like the actual thing which maybe I was wrong to think it would be more adventurous! Also for kids best to focus on just plain ham/cheese sandwiches in my opinion. Setting as always is beautiful and so overall a lovely day out but needed a bit of twigging in my opinion to be more kid friendly, sorry

I looked the Peter Pan afternoon tea on the 3rd of January, it cost me €49 per adult and €19 per child, there was 2 adults and 1 child on the booking. When we got our afternoon tea the child’s afternoon tea so the exact same there was absolutely no difference in them considering they were the same price. The sandwiches my daughter didn’t eat which was because they weren’t anything that would suit a child, the vanilla cupcakes were stale, the shark cookies were stale and dry and over all it was quite a let down of an afternoon tea. When booking this tea the total price was €117 for two adults and one child but when I went to pay on leaving I was charged €128.70. I wouldn’t do afternoon tea there again as was very disappointing.

I brought my 90 year old mum to remember good times at Bewely's we got seated at a staircase near the kitchens very cold asked could we move told no even though many free tables asked for manager none available very dissapointing food was nice but got for takeaway had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee... I am not a complainer by nature but this was just wrong and not managed well.

Sadly I felt it was just two busy . We were seated at a very dirty table after a long wait . We had 3 different servers and none of them seemed to know what they were doing . Our coffee was just warm we eat and left with great relief to get out . .
