   It was our first time at Biancoverde at Hotel Mac for dinner, and we weren't disappointed! The staff was friendly and attentive, the service impeccable (special kudos to our waiter, Jose!), the drink menu was fabulous and the food even better. We loved everything about our experience - thanks Biencoverde!

   Another wonderful night of dining at Bianca Verde. The environment is so romantic that it's always our first choice. Jose is one of the nicest servers and takes such good care of our needs. The food is excellent. I tried the lasagna this time and OMG is the flavor great. I highly recommend people try it out if they haven't already, as it is such a treat.

   Bianca Verde is our very favorite place to have dinner, as well as special events. The service is simply the best, as is the food. One of my favorite appetizers is the wedged potatoes, which I highly recommend. We have never been disappointed in our dinning and the dining area is a loft style area that is so w onderful, especially for a romantic dinner. We have had a special event for 30 people last November that was unbelievable, and the reservation coordinator (Blanca) was so accommodating and wonderful, that I would recommend anyone to her. Jose was our server and he is so wonderful and professional, simply wonderful. The food is always the best, so if you want fine dining, this is the place.

   Delicious Italian food. Under new ownership, service was a little slow at first. Glad this restaurant is buzzing again after Covid. Locals and tourists love this hidden gem. Hope to stay here one day and have breakfast in bed. Cheers!

   I very much enjoy Biancoverde. It has a cool old school Speak Easy vibe. Beautiful bar, great cocktails, good well prepared and consistent food. Exceptional service. Attentive, but not intrusive. It always makes me feel like I was on vacation somewhere. Look forward to future visits.

   This was our first time eating at Biancoverde and took my uncle there for his birthday. - The ambiance was wonderful - the restaurant was decked out for the Christmas holiday. Beautiful bar! - We were seated upstairs and it was quiet. - Service was okay, but not exceptional (it was not very busy). We had to request more water several times (our waiter could have left the bottle that was at the station 20 feet away). My uncle asked for another cocktail; mine was empty and he didn't ask if anyone else wanted another drink, and being upstairs was hard to flag the waiter down. - I ordered the lobster ravioli ($28.95) and counted 4 raviolis, so seemed overpriced for what I got. I would give them another chance and sit at the bar - as the ambiance was nice and the food was good.

    Having dinner at Bianca Verde is always a pleasurable experience. The food is wonderful, as is the service. Jose is so professional with a warming personality. This is our favorite restaurant as we love the feeling of old style architecture with dining overlooking the bar area below. We highly recommend dinning here as well as having a special occasion. You will love the experience.
