   This was our second time visiting. Excellent food and service although when their water glass disintegrated in my dining partner’s hands, no apologies or amends were made. We don’t drink alcohol so it was nothing careless on our part but we were made to feel as though it was — it was clearly a defect of the glassware and It became dangerous with broken glass all over the table. We had already asked for the bill, so the night ended sourly for us. Pity.

   Food is always good. Service is always excellent. Prices are occasionally higher than the menu. Be specific if you are ordering the small plate for your dinner.

   Bice is a beautiful restaurant, and the service is excellent. Unfortunately, the food is good, not great, and at the exorbitant prices charged, one would expect it to be exceptional. My husband’s burrata appetizer lacked the center creaminess associated with this cheese, and his salmon was just ordinary. I fared a bit better with my tricolor salad, which combined the distinct flavors of arugula, endive, radicchio and shaved parmesan with a tasty lemon dressing. My pasta and Iobster entree was fresh and plentiful but not as flavorful as I had expected it to be. Despite the quality ingredients used, it lacked pizzazz. The key lime pie had an unusual presentation, but it was delicious!

   Exceptional food. We had the Halibut that was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. When I arrived it took ages before someone took my order. For desert we had the apple tart, which was okay but not amazing like the fish was. At the end of the meal the waitress disappeared. We had to track someone down to pay. Good food but very disappointing service.

   Just to tell you - we were outside and it was great a bit cold - our gas heater ran out of gas and they had no more to replace - a bit chilly! And then sadly no gelato or ice cream - but we still love Bice!

    Loved the vibe. Service was great. Caesar salad was bad….there was no visible Parmesan cheese and no flavor. Other dishes were mostly okay. Pasta bolognese was good….wouldn’t rush back…
