   chips and the eggs benedict were cold. didn’t particularly like my flat white. overall food & drinks slightly below average. staff was very attentive and nice though

   Overall, very good experience. The restaurant was quite busy and therefore, service was a bit slower than usual but still friendly.

   The food was great. We did get asked to leave after about an hour and a quarter as they wanted to use the area for a large group. I wasn’t sure why they seated us there if they needed it and I was meeting up with a friend I hadn’t seen in forever, so I didn’t love being suddenly pushed out that way.

   Manager on shift wasn’t very welcoming when she asked us about a reservation. She then shut the curtain in our face before telling us to come through. Sat in a table in a busy walkway, wasn’t ideal but been before so thought it was worth it. Person looking after us was horrendous, my “Bill’s Big Brunch” which was supposed to come with bacon didn’t. I told the waitress about this and she just sighed and walked off. Then another member of staff just appeared and set a bowl of bacon down and walked away. No apology no nothing. Absolutely woeful. Will not return.

    Leider die schlechteste Erfahrung, die wir seit langem gemacht haben. Angeboten wurde ein Silvestermenü. Man konnte Zeit Slots wählen von 22:15 Uhr und auch 22:45 Uhr. Wir haben um 22:15 Uhr gewählt und dachten, wir könnten dann ein schönes 2-Gängemenü einnehmen und um Mitternacht dort anstoßen. Als wir ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass bereits 23:00 Uhr der Laden schließt. Eilig wurde das Menü serviert. In jeder Fastfood Kette schmeckt es deutlich besser. Unsere Kleine hatte sich auf Pancakes gefreut, die ebenso auf den Bildern abgebildet wurden, aber nur bis 5:00 Uhr erhältlich sind. Das Essen war von sehr minderwertiger Qualität. Insgesamt hat der ganze Spaß für uns als Gruppe 200 € gekostet, was für dieses Erlebnis fast schon eine Frechheit ist. Sehr ärgerlich und daher von uns absolut keine WeiterEmpfehlung.
