Great for brunch

We're proud to say that Brighton was the second ever Bill's, and whilst it's no longer a bus depot (spoiler, it used to be a bus depot), it still transports you to the good times. Oh, and it's only up the road from the seafront, so there's no excuse to miss it, even if you get lost in the Lanes.

Enjoyable festive New Years lunch with friends.Very attentive service .Free drinks offered as we had a long wait for main but this did not affect my overall very pleasant experience. I will return .

We had to wait to be seated as we were told that our table was ready but then advised it was given to someone else and it would be a couple of minutes. That was not true and we had to enquire if the table was then ready, to which we were seated immediately. Although we were having the set Christmas menu we were also not offered a drinks menu, we had to pull this up via our phones. The server we finally had was nice, but we had to ask to do the Cluedo activity but he was attentive when serving the food. Normally it’s been really great here but the seating and no drinks menu was not the best experience.

Bills is conveniently located a short walk from Brighton Dome and Theatre Royal. It has a comfortable ambience and a menu that reflects its focus on fresh food. It has plenty of choice. The service we received was excellent (thanks Millie) unhurried and courteous. E we got good advice on menu and drinks choices. Recommended
