   We were sat close to the serving hatch and I could see our food sitting under the lights for quite some time. I was watching our waiter hoping that something would notify him that our food was ready. Instead he was busy taking payment from someone and then he started clearing tables. I was very tempted to go and collect our food, but managed to get his attention and ask if that was out food on the pass. It was!

   Great customer service and very professional, the lovely your girl that looked after us she was outstanding really polite very helpful and really new her job. Great asset to bills.

   We waited for about 30 minutes for our to arrive. No explanation was offered by staff, but I could see they were obviously busy so left them alone, but once our food arrived the portions of the fries were pathetic with about half a hand full on each plate (they're were 4 of us). My choice was sirloin steak. Not good quality and chewy. No one came to ask us if everything was OK only at the end when they were clearing the plates I was asked if everything was alright and I did complain about the quantity of the fries. I have been to Bill's in St Albans which is much better. Overall it put a dull feeling to a day that was otherwise quite good!

   So pleased we booked through the app as the restaurant was very busy . Staff was very helpful and polite . Service was quick and really enjoyed the food .

   Lovely meal with one of the best deserts we've ever had. Both in presentation and flavour. The flower pot. Very friendly service that was also relaxed and not constantly at our table while we ate. Great place with a lovely atmosphere, we will definitely be going back.

    Second visit to Bills, Clarks Village since the recent opening. Lovely restaurant, very welcoming. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and obliging. Excellent service, delicious well presented food. Highly recommend a visit.
