   We had great service from Mel W. Mel was very friendly and helpful with her suggestions. She checked in on us frequently. Our food arrived very promptl. My son ordered the Heritage Burger and subbed Onion Rings which was excellent. I ordered the Chicken Burger with Goat Cheese and Corn. I liked it enough but didn’t love it as I found there was too much melted goat cheese which made it very sloppy to eat other than with a knife and fork. Also, visually, it wasn’t very appealing. Flavor-wise it didn’t have much other than goat cheese. I wouldn’t order it again. The restaurant was clean and brightly lit, but it seemed to need some softer surfaces and maybe softer lighting? Nonetheless, we enjoy BIN 4 and hope to come again soon as it’s a favourite place for us, especially the Granville location.

   Easy to make our reservation, and was easy to contact the restaurant to change the number of people. Olivia was good, in handling our group as well as the other tables. The food was tasty and the presentation was good too. We found the restaurant temperature to be slightly on the cool side. We were not rushed to leave once we were done. Would like to have a card with all of the burgers, so that I can check off which ones I’ve had. Definitely will be back soon.
