   When we arrived and told him we had a reservation through open table they informed us that they had no computer and did not accept Open Table reservations. Go figure. Why don’t you take them off your website?

   This was for Mother’s Day, service was terrible, a lot of the food was cold. There was a 22% service charge which would have been fine if the service and food was better. Very disappointed with whole experience.

   Unfortunately the hotel where the restaurant is located was very understaffed. While the restaurant was by no means full there were wedding parties and other private dinners that may have caused a back up in the kitchen. It took 40 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we were served. The restaurant has 2 menus, a typical dinner house menus and a Steak and Chop House menus with very large serving sizes. Better choices in Lake Arrowhead.

   Open table is no longer used by this restaurant. You need to call them! Otherwise food is good but pricey. It is part of the Arrowhead Resort.

   We showed up to this restaurant at the selected time through open table only to find out that we didn’t have a reservation at all because they didn’t do reservations on open table!

   Poor menu, very over priced for the table side service received. Very limited wine selection. Long wait time for food. Must ask for refills of water etc.

    They do not honor open table reservations so we had to wait over an hour for a table. The hostess forgot about us and was not very friendly. The bartender was very helpful and apologetic.
