NOW OPEN! Birba Ristorante, the newest baby in the F10 family, is now open at the Simon Mall Outlets in Cabazon. Enjoy one of our delicious cocktails, full wine list and the best Italian food outside of Italy. There wasn't a spaghetti spoon available. I was given a small spoon. The calamari was very small for the price. The waitress was very nice and the place was clean. May I recommend some italian music and bread provided.

We were excited to try this place but we were disappointed. The service and ambiance was great! The food was disappointing. The pasta was bland and very small portion. The panini wasn’t even a panini! It was just a cold sandwich with one small strip of meat inside. The chop salad was advertised as having salami etc but only had two small pieces in it, the rest was lettuce drenched in dressing. Overall very disappointing for the price. We will not be returning.
