    Snowden Vineyards is a four-generation family affair with sons, daughters, wives, and cousins all in the mix. In January of 2005, Diana Snowden, Scott's daughter, along with consulting winemaker, Dave Ramey, assumed winemaking duties. Beginning with the 2012 vintage, Diana handles all the winemaking duties herself. She is the winemaker at Snowden Vineyards and the enologist at Domaine Dujac in Burgundy. Join us as we welcome Randy Snowden and feature their wines alongside a four-course tasting menu plus canapé and dessert from the Birch kitchen. Book your reservation any time between 5:00 and 9:00 and be led through the menu with Randy and our team. We will be featuring these wines: Triennes Rosé Sauvignon Blanc - Sunninghill Merlot - Lost Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon - The Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon - Brothers Vineyard

    Food was absolutely delicious - incredible, fresh flavors! Great ambiance plus, we did counter seating so entertaining to see the kitchen in action. This continues to be one of our favorite restaurants in Milwaukee!

    We had an extraordinary meal at Birch. The food was delicious. The service was outstanding. We felt cared for and spoiled. We cannot recommend Birch too much. Go eat there. You will be delighted.

    Walleye so amazing, lamb rib appetizer is the bomb. Apple cider basted pork chop delicious. This was a great meal.

    We sat at the kitchen counter and the "show" was as good as the food. The kitchen crew was so in sync that it was like watching a well choreographed play. Our group didn't talk much because we were so engrossed in just watching. Our service was great and everyone was so friendly. They even gave us an extra appetizer that was part of their tasting menu (which we didn't order). Turned out the extra app was my favorite thing I ate that night! I'm going to order the tasteing menu next time!!! Great food, great service, great restaurant overall!!

    Birch’s oyster pop up occasions are an amazing combination of fresh sea food and outstanding preparation. Having the privilege to experience them more than once, the preparations are always changing and a delight to those who enjoy clean and fresh cuisine.
