Welcome to our bistro, where we strive to provide an incomparable dining experience, using the freshest, locally grown, seasonal ingredients.                                                       Always an excellent experience with excellent service. We shared the beet salad and I can't believe that I thought that it needed more arugula (not a super fan of arugula) but there was generous portions of the cheese and the delicious candied walnuts. I had the filet which was great with ample portions. My partner had the crab cakes which were above average (but we are crab cake snobs as my family was from the Eastern Shore of MD (home of the blue crab) as we prefer them broiled rather than fried. The Black Manhattan was tasty but I have to remember to order it straight up because it came on a pile of ice which I had to dig out. It was a Valentine's Day celebration and a nice night.

                                                      Service and atmosphere were top notch! Outstanding variety of really delicious and interesting cocktails. Food was great, although the caesar salad was very over-dressed so maybe skip that. Highly recommend!

                                                      To be honest, we were a bit disappointed given the reputation of Bistro19. The calamari appetizer was tasty but tough and chewy as were my Tiger shrimp. My coffee was lukewarm. My wife's Chilean sea bass was good and the chocolate layer cake was good. We'd be willing to give it another try but hate to spend the money on dinner only to get disappointed again. Perhaps we'll try lunch someday...

                                                      Amazing food, vibe, & service! Ordered the vegetables as an ap & filet as the meal. Fillet was delicious - friends ordered a burger, salmon, and one of the specials. All great options!
