At Bistro de Montcaud, we offer uncomplicated yet perfectly executed cuisine and a place to relax and indulge, whether it’s for a light lunch, a laid-back dinner or a hearty breakfast for our guests. Or how about an aperitif in the shade of the sycamore trees on our beautiful terrace?

Simple yet ambitious -
When you walk into a French bistro, you expect certain things. Just like when you walk into your favourite restaurant, you look forward to well-known menus, your favourite dishes and familiar flavours. We want to meet these expectations – and up the ante with surprising nuances.

Classic dishes and fresh market specials -
The menu at the Bistro de Montcaud also follows our philosophy of “less is more”. It includes classic French fare such as côte de boeuf, a rich bouillabaisse or moules et frites supplemented by specials. For lunch, we also offer a weekly formule, a multi-course menu for a fixed price.

Vraiment une très bonne table. Les mets sont succulents, et servis sur la terrasse dans ce parc magnifique, on passe un tres bon moment. L'équipe est très sympathique et le service n'est pas oppressant. On s'y sent bien 👍

Have been there several times. The Menu de Marché is always good and good value. Wouod recommend for sure. Plus the location is wonderful and peaceful. You might be waiting for your carriage when leaving.

Très bonne adresse...un petit coin de paradis au calme avec une cuisine fine et sans reproche. Un accueil chaleureux dans une ambiance reposante...franchement top.

Nous venons à Montcaud depuis plus de 20 ans. Quasi toujours quand nous sommes dans la région. Chaque fois, nous sommes ravis. Cette fois, les mets choisis étaient particulièrement délicats et le service impeccable! Merci.

Excellent dîner, cuisine raffinée et savoureuse. Service très agréable, personnel très sympathique. Très belle terrasse aux beaux jours, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Repas du marché au bistro absolument délicieux, belle carte de vins et vin au verre . Atmosphère élégante, serveur charmant ,on recommande sans hésitation Tartare de thon ,cannette ,et dessert : fabuleux 34 euros
