Here is the background on the makeup of our Restaurant.The Bistro was born in September of 2002. Owned and operated by Declan Hoctor, Executive Chef: Paul Hughes, and John & Angela O’Sullivan of Roly’s Bistro of Dublin (Ireland). Our Fare is American with a European flair. Executive Chef, Paul Hughes trained in the Savoy Hotel in London for 9 years as well as Roly’s Bistro in Dublin, two of the most respected hostelries in Europe. Roly’s in Dublin was voted Restaurant of the year for 2010, also voted Chef of the year. Our team of Chef’s has won numerous competitions, and awards representing restaurant & country for their creative and inventive food. We love what we do! Just remember!

    Excellent food choices and cocktails have a great pour. Beverly was wonderful and thank Andrea for the great cocktails. Loved the lobster raviolis!

    Drinks were fast 👍 salads were fresh and crispy..Dover sole was fantastic..snapper in parchment paper was great…fish and chips were huge…always leave room for the soufflé…we had both chocolate and grand marneir 💕💕

    We dined outside and it was lovely. Food very good. Bread rolls not that great. Nice service. We will be back.

    Ordered the Dover Sole. Sent it back due to so many bones. Thankfully they took it off the bill as it was $65. They handled it perfectly.

    Wonderful dinner last evening!! Brought e bites and a wedge salad! Delicious! Fish and chips excellent! Braised lamb shank succulent and tasty! Parchment cooked yellow tail snapper excellent! Filled by bread and butter pudding yum👍🏻👍🏻 excellent service! Love the Bistro never disappoints 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Table unfortunately was near the front door and the cool wind would whack us when the door opened. The food was very good. Grilled pork chop even though I asked for no pink was moist and tender. Wife’s filet mignon she said was perfect.
