   Unfortunately our visit was during a snow storm and foot traffic was minimal. We walked from our hotel and were the only people until another gentleman arrived. Our meals were good but my husband pizza had an odd taste. The crust was wonderful. I had the carbonara pasta, it was delicious. Wine selection was ok.

   Greeted warmly. Server was knowledgable and friendly. Food was flavourful. Delicious appetizers. Excellent pizza. Sauces and toppings perfectly proportioned. Lovely atmosphere continue to return.

   Highly recommend for both the food and the exceptional service! We had a superb experience, with delicious food, great variety of options! Our waiter Kylan was fantastic and handled our group's many requests with ease. The ambiance was incredibly comfortable and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a group of six.

   I love this restaurant! The overall experience is amazing, it has a great ambience and a cool vibe. But the food speaks for itself, top notch quality. From a variety of choices, including wood burning pizza, European style burger and many more. Service is great, very hospitable and welcoming staff. Definitely one of my go to.    I recently dined with couple of friends at Bistro Ristoro and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a pleasant mix of traditional and modern decor. Now, let's talk about the food—wow! Every dish we ordered was a culinary masterpiece. The chicken marsala was creamy and perfectly seasoned, the shrimps were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the plieskavitza was cooked to perfection. Each bite was bursting with authentic Mediterranean flavors that transported me straight to the Mediterranean coast. What really stood out was the staff's attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed. Overall, Bistro Ristoro exceeded my expectations in every way.     One of the best places to enjoy Mediterranean food in Ottawa. The staff are very friendly and accommodating - from suggestions on drinks that go well with the food, to salads that complement the main dish. Truly amazing place to feel like home.
