At Bivio our passion is authentic Neapolitan pizza.
Napoli... our love of the city, its cuisine, and in particular, its pizza is where our story began. We heard time and time again “It’s all about the dough.” True to Neapolitan tradition, and the passion of the pizzaioli, we construct our pizza using “00” flour from Naples, San Marzano DOP tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, and sea salt. Our dough is gently mixed using a 28 year old “lieveto madre” (natural yeast culture) then with intense heat is baked in our wood burning il forno. At Bivio all of our dishes are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

It’s like going to your best friends house and having them make the best meal for you! Starters, salads, pizza. We seldom get to dessert, but they too are wonderful. It’s cozy, and atmospheric all year round, a feeling of being on vacation, and everyone there makes you feel like you’re their good friends!

It was a great experience. The Marguerita pizza and Radicchio salad were very tasty. The pizza crust was like fresh baked bread. The salad was one I had not seen before; it hinted of several different tastes and textures. Sitting at the bar was like getting an up close peek into the whole process of creating a pizza. It is such an intimate setting. I felt like I was at a West Village party. The only reason I rate this restaurant a 4 rather than a 5 is that the seating (chairs) should be more comfortable.
