   Probably the worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The tables all around us ate and left and new people came in before we ever got our bill. Our table was not cleared and we had to eat around dirty plates. A kid meal was brought out 15 minutes before everyone else’s. Do better!!

   Service was slow. Food was cold or incorrect. Bill was incorrect. Don't go if you don't have patience.

   Food was good, server was good but was slow at times seems this person was watching the playoff game a tad more than should. However overall was good

   The restaurant was very busy. I was glad I had booked a table. The service was excellent. I ordered a porter but the pump was not working, the waitress brought me a stout to sample when she came to tell me. The food was good. I enjoyed my oriental salad with roasted chicken. My husband prefers iceberg or romaine lettuce and found his side salad difficult to eat. I recommend this restaurant. Save room for dessert!

   We were here three weeks ago and everything was incredible, from the service to the food. Tonight was a completely different story. Service was slow and the food was just mediocre. Chicken came out not fully cooked, fettuccine Alfredo tasted like it was straight from a bag; the wings were definitely done before everything else and sat under the heat lamp. They were like warm by the time they got to the table. We were excited about our visit tonight, but will think twice before returning after this experience.

    I like Bjs. Large menu many options. Service was great. Good place for large parties or just a place that’s kid friendly. We ordered steak medium well and it was well done. Only problem we had. Food came out quickly server was nice.
