   We ordered the jambalaya and salmon with the cherry  chipotle glaze and both were delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The Cali creamin was ice cold. The service was top notch. Great job BJ’s we will be back

   I reserved a table for Valentine’s Day and I was ended up being told I still had to wait 2 1/2 hours to be seated when checking in. They claimed that the website overbooked, but I still don’t understand why they couldn’t have given us a call beforehand. There’s no point in making a reservation if we still have to wait the walk-in time. It definitely ruins the plan since we would then have to go find another restaurant to dine at during the peak hours of valentines. Overall, it is just a lack of good customer service.

   Our waiter Kevin was delightful. No complaints there. The food service was ridiculously slow. The table reservations were doubled booked and we waited 40 minutes. They brought the appetizers after the dinner was served, never brought the extra plates and did not provide any sour cream with the potatoes. Even when we asked for the missing items. The service was so incredibly slow that they brought it out after we already dealt with it. Ridiculous. The food was a bit cold but tasty and thank God for Kevin. If it wasn't for him, we'd probably still be waiting for our Poozuki!! He finally got so frustrated that he just went in and made it himself. Bless his heart. It was a tough night! Valentine's on a Friday night.

   When I make an open table reservation I would expect to be seated at my reservation time or close to it. When I arrived, I was told there would be a 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. And it wasn’t just me. Every person with a reservation was told the same thing. When I asked why this was the host said they had a 150 reservations and they had no control over the reservation system. You ruined what was to be a nice dinner out. All other restaurants were booked or had very long waits. I won’t be choosing BJ’s again.

   It was very busy this evening and about a 20 min wait, even for those with reservations. Reservations this evening were booking an hour out on the app. I suspect because it was the last day of the 20% off bonus card Food was fresh, well plated with ample portion sizes. Our server was very friendly, but seemed a little overwhelmed by the volume of business tonight. Food came out in a timely manner.

   Server was very friendly. My soup came out just a few minutes before the entrees. The food was a good temperature and very tasty.
