My wife's food was burnt after 40 mins of waiting for our food. Then to fix it after another 30 min wait (over an hour for a med. Temp cheeseburger and fries) we it took it to go. Since everyone one else was done. The only manager visit was when our food was literally delivered, no chance to try, and she wanted to know if our food was delicious. Had to ask the mangers name since she would not return your table. Not a care in the world about the anything. This is the second time in a row for an awful experience. Our last visit. They didn't have the beer my friend wanted. Believe me why is this called a brewery if you dont have the beer you want?? They didn't have pork chops I wanted and that was a special this day. They ran out of baked potato. Also was another thing I don't recall right now. We made a reservation and still had to wait. So what is the reason for the reservation?? We had good service and thank God for that!!!! It was not a pleasant visit. You will not be getting a good review in the restaurant magazine. You failed on so many ends. Very discouraged. We will not be back and neither will our friends as well as family.
