   Disappointing Experience Despite Loyal Membership As a longtime rewards member at BJ’s Restaurant, I’ve always appreciated the atmosphere and casual dining experience. However, my recent visits have been increasingly disappointing. The wait time for food has become noticeably long, and unfortunately, the quality and presentation of the dishes are not what they used to be. While the ambiance still holds up, the drinks are watered down and lack the punch they once had. The servers are clearly overworked, which likely contributes to the slower service and occasional oversight. I truly feel for the staff, but it’s clear that management needs to address staffing and service standards. It’s frustrating that, as a loyal customer and rewards member, I haven’t seen improvements in either service speed or food quality. BJ’s of Nanuet has the potential to be great again, but it needs to return to the standards that made it stand out in the first place.

   Finally a NY restaurant that actually cared and asked me about my requests and actually followed thru! Food and drinks were very good and service was outstanding!

   The service was great and my daughter and her friends had a fun time. The food may have taken a little long to come out, but they were fine with their appetizers while they waited. It was a busy Saturday night.

   The food took a little longer than normal, but I suspect it was because the place was packed. Our waiter was wonderful. Everything was delicious. We had a great time.

    We actually enjoy coming here from time to time. The food is good and the wait service is very accommodating. The waitress this time deserves 10 star (not 5). However, the restaurant no longer offers hot tea as a beverage choice. I’ve never heard of any restaurant not serving it. I wound up ordering an unsweetened black iced tea, which I requested be sent back to microwave it. The waitress was very accommodating and did it cheerfully, but place that serves coffees and desserts (I know it’s a sports bar) should offer tea. It’s just hot water and a tea bag. We will be back again. I’ll bring my own teabags next time. The service and food outweighs the problem. It’s still a nice place for a night out!
