   Our Server Hannah was outstanding very knowledgeable of the menu, great attitude. Loved her. Kyle the manager was absolutely amazing, very professional and very attentive to my needs. I will definitely go again.

   Second time was not a charm. Even with a reservation we had to wait 35 minutes for a table. The hostess desk cannot juggle the reservations and walk-ins effectively. Both visits the drinks and food were awful. Do not get the house made berry cider or the hard lemonade. Both are like drinking sour powdered koolaid. My first visit I ordered the fish and chips and the fish was dry and overcooked. This visit the first item I selected they were out of for the night so I ordered a chicken sandwich. I literally could not even bite through the chicken. I was concerned it was raw so I took it off the bread to cut into it and check. It was like a piece of breaded rubber. So bad I couldn’t even chew it. I would have told our waiter but he never came back to check on our table. Waters and drinks were empty for most of the meal. I guess he was too busy “entertaining” the table next to ours to do his job. Avocado egg rolls are very good but I won’t be going back there for anything other than an appetizer any time soon. If you’re smart you will go somewhere else. McDonald’s serves better food than BJ’s and you are seated right away.

   Really crowded, so we had to wait 25 minute past our reservation time, but once we got seated and ordered, all was good. Food was delicious. First time I’ve had a truly “rare” steak at a restaurant. I’ll be back

   Mozzarella sticks and sliders were excellent. The chicken bacon ranch Piadina lacked chicken, bacon and the five cheeses. It was okay in flavor but had few ingredients. The fried Chicken $13 meal was very good with mashed potatoes. The deserts are excellent. Service was great. Margaritas were good. Great happy hour deals.

   This was our second time at this restaurant. Lots of great choices from their menu. We enjoyed our dinner and really enjoyed our server Larry.

   We checked in with a hostess when we arrived, she claimed she checked us in. We never left the host stand area while we waited. I received a text saying it was almost our turn and I showed the second hostess the text and she verbally confirmed our reservation was ready. After a half hour of waiting, someone in our party saw the hostess delete our reservation from their system. They then claimed they had paged us multiple times and called out our name which was a complete lie since we were standing there the entire time and they never called us or sent any further texts or “pages”.

    BJ's has become our go to place. The food is great and the service has always been very good. Plus they take reservations!
