   Ordered 2 appetizers. Then 4 entrees. 1 appetizer arrived at the same time as all the entrees. 1 of the entrees was prepared incorrectly and had to be redone. Took over 20 minutes for the incorrect entree to be replaced. It arrived with the 2nd appetizer which unfortunately was not correct. There was no point of having any appetizers since our meals arrived and BJ’s took them back. The waitress then tells us “well we’ve done a lot because we didn’t charge you for the appetizers.” She said it rudely and they took them off because they arrived so late we didn’t eat a single bite of an appetizer. We were not asking for a freebie or discount and we certainly don’t appreciate the statement that the restaurant did us a favor when all the mistakes were theirs. We tipped our waitress well even through she was rude and avoided us after the complete fiasco of her entering the order and the kitchen. It wasn’t even busy. Not typical service for this restaurant location but bad enough that we won’t go back anymore.

   The wait even with reservations was much longer than expected as we waited over an hour. However once we got to our table our server got our drinks right away and brought snacks for the grandkids while we were waiting for our food. The food was delicious and worth the wait. We would come here again.

   Parking is horrendous, food is good but not great and it was really busy. Having said that our server was very friendly and did a really good job.

   Prime rib was ok, not great, it is usually is better. Roasted veggies were dry.

   BJ’s Brewery is still one of my favorites and thanks to OpenTable a party of two can dine on a Saturday night without a long wait 😃

    There were six of us celebrating a birthday. The wait staff was personable and efficient. We had the Prime Rib dinner- the outer part was tender and flavorful, the center a little tougher, the Parmesean Crusted Chicken- - amazing, and the Chicken Parmesean, delicious. The Pazookie was a fabulous end to a great meal. The only negative is a $4 upcharge for cheese and bacon on the baked potato. That was a bit steep for those additions.
