Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. We received our appetizer AFTER the entree. They said there was a cook shortage. (We got chips and dip). I understand staff issues. But the portions were one cup full, and the other two half empty (cheese and guac). It felt 'skimpy'. Fail. We ate dinner at 5pm. They were already out of the cinnamon roll pizookie. The orange creme soda was not good. And the deep dish pizza... I'm sorry any detroit style pizza around the bay is 10 X's better. Overall a bad experience and we won't be back

Been here a couple times through out the years, but this visit was the worse. Food was super slow to come out, and when it did, everything was cold. Everything! Steak wasn't cooked right. Drinks were ok. Overall was surprised by how bad service was. Front desk people were nice though. You can do better BJ.

I will never go back. The food was just okay but way overpriced. The music was so loud we couldn’t even have a conversation. And the worst part? The restroom was absolutely disgusting—filthy and completely unacceptable. For the prices they charge, you’d expect a much better experience. Shame on them for not maintaining basic cleanliness and comfort for their customers. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares.

Our server was great… however getting seated was a nightmare. We had a 4pm reservation and arrived at 3:45 pm and were told we would be seated shortly. We were not seated for 45 mins and were given several varying excuses. We finally sat in the bar area open seating and the manager was kind enough to clean the tables for us.

Service was not good- waited 30 minutes to receive dessert and check. Prime Rib overcooked.

i held my Birthday dinner party with my family members. The foods were not as good as we expected. and there was not enough waiter on Saturday. Therefore a little slow of everything.

BJ's Restaurant has been one of my favorites for many years and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Sometimes though, I wish they didn't ALWAYS have the TV viewing centered on sports entertainment. Maybe game shows or another type of entertainment for all-round audiences.

I made my reservation for this restaurant a while back because it's my daughter's graduation day but when we came mins before my reserved time I was told that they couldn't get me a table and that a lot of people have booked with them for that day! I was so mad because I even got a call that same day to confirm my reservation! I mentioned that to the person at the front desk who told me he's not accepting reservation at the moment and he showed me a table for party of 8(which is what I reserved) and he asked me if that was okay with me. What the heck was that all about? He told me he couldn't give me a table at first then later he said that table was not reserved for anybody! I am not making any reservations ever again in this restaurant! Plus the food wasn't that great!
