   Food was good. Service was lack luster. Not very attentive or helpful. Very slow. Said we were skipping dessert because we had somewhere to be and still took forever to get us check and out the door.

   When we ordered our meal, we also ordered our appetizers and a salad. However, our meal came first no appetizers and no salad. The waiter was not the one who delivered our meal. When the waiter came to the table, I let him know we didn’t get our appetizers or my salad, And that I didn’t want my meal until I ate my salad and appetizers. He said he’d bring me another meal when I was ready. he brought me my salad. I was through about half my salad when the appetizers finally arrived. and then I let him know that I was ready for my meal. I also at that time ordered another margarita I had finished my meal and we were ready to leave when I got my margarita. It took 12 minutes! Very disappointing when I got my meal it was not medium rare it looked more of a medium well, almost like they put my meal aside and just warmed it up again instead of making me a new meal, however, the meal was tasty. The meat was tender, and it was very good all in all by the time we had the appetizers, the salad and the meal it was enough to fill us up to where we had no room for dessert. We’ve been to BJ’s before with friends and family. And I’ve always had very good meals and Service and the food arrived hot, and in the appropriate order. However, this time was very disappointing when my husband asked where I wanted to go, as it was our anniversary, and because BJ’s was one of my favorite restaurants to go to I suggested BJ’s I don’t think I’m going to be suggesting BJ’s for a special occasion anymore. 34 years is a long time to be married and it was very disappointing that we had not had a very well laid out presentation. Very very disappointing. Again we will not be going to BJ’s for any special occasion again.

   We came here for my sisters birthday with a party of 12 + 2 toddlers and an infant. We were able to make a reservation in advance and seated quickly. Great beer and mixed beverage options. Food was great and they have good kid options, definitely recommend the avocado rolls and Mac n cheese balls for apps. Love the burgers and pizza and my favorite dish is the Parmesan crusted chicken. Also you can’t go to BJs without getting a pazookie! My sister got one complementary for her birthday and it was excellent! They ask your preferred flavor too. Our waiter was very attentative too, food took a little longer than normal but we had a large party and he kept us filled up on drinks and updated us etc. overall great experience
