   We waited over an hour for our checks. We were a large party and had requested separate checks at ordering. Upon receiving our checks, we were charged for food we did not order. It took multiple managers to fix the issue. The food was very good however wait staff should not offer separate check if not trained properly.

   One meal came out well after all the others. Side dish for another person came out even later. Ordered drinks had to ask for them a second time. Waitress was rude and not friendly

   Overall experience was 10/10. We had some wings, a deep dish pizza and of course a pizookie! All very highly recommend. Staff was awesome. We had reservations for 7:30pm, arrived a touch early asked if we could sit at the bar and wait for our table instead they just sat us. Food was quick and no issues. Will be back when in the area!

   I made a reservation the day before for 630 requesting a booth, we did have to wait 15 minutes past the time of our seating request on the app. We had a very nice waitress. She kept apologizing because things were taking a bit longer. Our appetizers came first and our beers came about 10 minutes later should be the other way around, the food was very good. No complaints there, but the wait time was much too long. I give them the benefit of the doubt, because the restaurant did look busy, but it took quite a long time to be served.

   Apparently an Open Table reservation isn’t a reservation- It’s just a suggestion. Our Reservation was at 7pm, for 7 people and they didn’t seat us until 7:50pm. The hostess was very polite and professional; but was unable to provide ANY information on how long we needed to wait. Not her fault- she did escalate to her manager who apologized for the delay but ALSO could not give us an approximate wait time. At around 7:35pm, she ( the manager) explained they had some large parties they were currently serving and they should be finishing up soon, but she couldn’t give us a time estimate. Drinks: Took a while to receive because the bar was backed up. - Margarita sampler was good (recommend) - Frozen margarita: Arrived on the rocks. Returned to the bar to swap for a frozen one and returned with another NOT frozen drink- basically liquid with some floating ice chunks ( think Dunkin colada after driving home in the hot sun) - Black and tan - no head. Wouldn’t order again. -Bathtub drink- gonna be honest here. ONLY ordered this so we could purchase the bathtub. Drink was super sweet and not something I would order again. And in the end? We weren’t allowed the buy the bathtub because “they only had a few left”. Come back in a few weeks tho when the new stock arrives….. no thanks. I’ll get one on amazon. Appetizers: ( out of calamari) -Chicken Nachos: chips were super hard to chew (tasted stale). -Boneless wings: super small portion. aNot the best but not the worst either. Entrees: ribs, filet mignon, parmesan shrimp, salmon- these were all ok. Loaded mashed potatoes- BIG disappointment. Basic mashed with meted cheese and bacon sprinkles. Seemed to be reheated? Asparagus & fries, both excellent. Dessert: brownie pizookie- excellent. Server: She was fantastic! We will not be going back for dinner. Overall the experience/food quality was not worth the wait or the price. It might be worth the visit for a pizookie though.

   Great service usually every time, this time Allan was exceptional! Thanks for the excellent food and service! He remembered that some of us enjoyed a certain beer that was not available the last few times we were there and told us that it was brought back, so we enjoyed it with our dinner!
