   We came in for our 6pm reservation for my daughter’s birthday dinner and were seated at around 6:15pm. It was busy so not unexpected. Our server was great, she was friendly and helpful. We ordered, She brought bread and then our appetizers. After an hour wait and very hungry guests we asked about our food again and were told it should be right up. Our food was brought out for 5 of us but they didn’t bring my Cobb salad and we had to ask for it. My daughter asked for her steak cooked medium it was well. Her birthday ask was for a perfectly cooked steak so we had it sent back. Barely 5 minutes later another steak was brought back and this time it was tough and she could barely cut this $33 New York steak with the knife. It also had no flavor and she was seasoning it with salt. She was embarrassed at this point and refused to let me send it back. I did make a complaint when she went to the restroom and our server was very apologetic and I assured her she was great and had been helpful. The steak was burnt on the bottom and cooked haphazardly without care. Happy 15th birthday to my daughter who still said “it’s ok mom” even though I know she was disappointed. Thanks black angus for making this mom feel terrible. They did comp us for my daughter’s steak but that doesn’t make up for the experience.

   I made an OpenTable reservation for 4 @ 7:15p. Our timing of seating was excellent & we were checked in & seated by the host who was very nice. Once seated, our waiter greeted us nicely about 5-10 mins into being seated, so we ordered our entire meal; drinks & entrees. On the downside we waited nearly an hour and a half for our food to arrive, which our steaks tasted previously frozen & not the best cut. All in all, I like this steakhouse but thus visit was not worth the wait & the price.

   Some of the party had to use their flashlight on their phone to read the menu so that’s why I put 4 stars on ambience. (We’re all older ladies — golden girls.) The server was really nice. We are hard of hearing so she repeated herself four times about the sides and was really patient with us. They gave us a good seat given our mobility issues. One of our party uses a cane. They gave our birthday girl a huge cookie and we all had to help her with it! Thank you for a great lunch

   My favorite for many about 30 years. Everything was great Not excellent steak was though cold and overcooked . The house salad used to be the best I have noticed they switched to the lettuce from the bag assortment maybe more convenient and cheaper but tastes old and not fresh. Hope you switch back to the old way. Waiter was ok not the best never checked how is your meal? I know it’s hard to get professional good help From always excellent this try was just a medium experience.

   Erika was great and took care of everyone! It just seemed like the Wagon Wheel sampler portions shrunk a lot!

   My 2# prime rib was cooked the way I wanted (Rare) . It came with creamy and fresh horseradish and two sides of my choice, roasted green beans and wedge salad all for a good value of 45 bucks.

   The BBQ Ribs are Great! Mud pie for dessert tops the meal perfectly. Our server was outstanding.

    Our server Terri was very attentive to our needs. We had ordered rare prime ribs, but she advised us that it would more on the raw side, and showed us a cut of meat. So we revise our order to medium rare and was very happy about that. As she past our table to server another customer, she asked if everything was okay and did we need anything else.
