Blanco Castelar is located in Emilio Castelar 163, in the iconic Casa Domit. The restaurant opened its doors in June 2017 and since then it has managed to become one of the best restaurants in Polanco. Combining the architectural beauty with art and culture, this restaurant is one of the hotspots of the area.

The gastronomy of Blanco Colima it’s a fusion between Spanish cuisine with Mexican accents. Its based on products of the highest quality creating a menu that focuses on the ingredient through our chef’s perspective.

It has a relax bar that offers fun cocktails to our guests created by our mixologist focused on bringing the best experience by using always high quality ingredients. Our proposal has a range of possibilities: from classic cocktails to signature cocktails, where no matter what you drink the quality and detail are noticeable.

No me parecio que la comida destacara, era X y el servicio bien, aún sabiendo el costo fui a probar, pero solo es un lugar bonito con un costo exagerado. No lo recomiendo! Si no fumas evita los exteriores.

Service was poor. The waitress changed a lot during our 90 min dining and then they were rushing us to eat and to clear our plates and it was not even busy.

Had an amazing experience with our group of friends. Staff was great and we all enjoyed the complementary welcome drink. The food was great and came in a timely manner.
