We sat outside so the noise level was a bit better than inside, which was way too high. The restaurant is gorgeous. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time for the food to be delivered, but was offered an apology by a manager. That's why I rated the service 5 stars. The food wasn't great when it finally came out. One of my friends said there was way too much sauce on the elote and she wasn't thrilled with her taco. She said that her food had absolutely no flavor. My other friend said that her taco was just so so. My wife and I had the sangria short ribs. The short ribs were absolutely delicious, melt in your mouth quality. However, the brussel sprouts were barely steamed and, frankly, for the size of the entree, the price was way too expensive. I realize this is a new restaurant and they're working out the kinks, but there are a lot of improvements that need to be made.

The new restaurant is really pretty! Patio is huge and really nice. We were nicely greeted right away and seated within 5 minutes, we did have a res. Our server was lovely, made recommendations and then we ordered the Queso as an app. Chips and salsa were really good. Queso was just okay. Drinks, yummy. I got the crispy beef tacos with rice and beans. They were really good, but the rice and beans average at best. My husband got the El Hefe, good but not amazing. Great menu so we will come back and try some other items! I’d like to see the restaurant be successful. Maybe a good place for Happy Hour!

Heavily over salted food, very little protein in enchiladas and tacos, sauces lacking flavor and excessive cheese flooding the plate. Apps were overcooked too. Drinks all ice for $18. Big space, servers fine, food heavy and not good.

The new Blanco location is such a vibe!!! The ahi tuna tacos & steak fajitas are out of this world. The margaritas are also delishhhhh! Can’t recommend this spot enough! Well done, Sam, well done 👏🏼

The first thing that stood out to us was the ambience - the lighting, the open airflow, the Spanish music, the entire vibe was just perfect. We enjoyed our dinners (the fajitas did not disappoint!), and appreciated that there was a kids menu so our three children could find a meal to suit them as well. We would definitely come back here again next time we visit Scottsdale.

The ambiance of the location is beautiful, great up and coming location. We were greated and immediately acknowledged our anniversary. Their menu has a lot of diverse options and they have 3 mocktails available for non drinkers. How ever the value for the mariscos sampler plater wasn’t what was expected, it’s very small portions and personally not my favorite version of any of the flavors provided could’ve gone with out it. The fideo and filet how ever were delicious, steak was cooked to perfection. Our server was very nice and attentive and he immediately offered a desert for our anniversary or a complimentary drink. Over all a good experience.
