   Always a fun dinner out. This time, someone “stole” my reservation but the hostess worked it out and all was well. Hamachi and ceviche so good.

   Drink menu list Kendall Jackson Chardonnay as $35, our bill charged $54, waitress had it corrected. Later I looked on line and the Estate Kendall Jackson is $54!

   This was our first time since it switched to Blind Coyote with Mexican fare. I thought the food was very fresh and delicious with lots of interesting flavors.

   The decor was very nice and clean. The service was great and my waitress was very attentive and sweet. The amount of food for the price was great! I will be coming back again!

   We requested a booth in our reservation and got one! Whitney was an amazing server! Chips were so yummy! Maybe some pepper or something on them to make them unique. Salsa and guacamole appetizer also delish! Seemed clean and very well staffed. I got tacos and the meat was cooked very well. Loved everything about our visit! Thank you!

   This was our first visit to Blind Coyote, we had been many times when it was the Blind Pig. The food was delicious, the servers were so attentive. Loved the variey of food choices, everyone can find something they love. The chips were honestly the best tortilla chips I think I may have ever had. The portions were big, we got the Caesar salad with a jalapeño dressing that was amazing. The black beans, 10 outta 10.

    We had a really nice time at our dinner on 3-27. Our server was great and very attentive. Anything we needed the staff was there to take care of us. The food was great too. We will be back and spread the word.
