   Our server Scott was great, informative, professional and engaging. Menu was good but as it was last night of the season they were running out of things. The food was good but pricey, certainly geared to scalping visitors to Big Sky. We had a great meal, steaks were excellent though son’s MR steak was definitely on the rare side. In all honesty the value was not there.

We apologize for running out of some items. It was our last day open for a couple of weeks, so we try to minimize left over food waste. We appreciate your feedback on the MR steak and your review will be shared with the kitchen. We're continuously working to provide the best dining experience for our guests and value for our customers. We often are comparing product prices with all available purveyors and vendors to get the best price offered, so we can give the best price/value to our guests as well.    Had to wait for over an hour and a half for our meals after we placed our order. No communication from management. My advice is to skip this place.

   Hi Thomas, We are so sorry your meals took longer than we would like. We strive to get food out in a timely manner, and I apologize that we missed the mark on your visit! Your server communicated the frustration with us & the feedback was relayed to the kitchen. Unfortunately, your entrees were placed right after a very large table. I mentioned this to the woman at the table, when I brought the bill with 20% off all entrees. The manager was the one who communicated this at check drop. Again, we are sorry things took too long, we agree, and that was why we discounted the meal. We are always working on time management, and hopefully you can give us another try in the future!

   The food was excellent. We didn’t realize this was in the lobby of the residence inn. The atmosphere is a little lacking. The steaks were great but for the price wish it felt more like an authentic Montana steakhouse.

   Nice restaurant in the Residence Inn. Menu items on par with the area. Live music and tables playing cards while they finished their drinks.

   Food and services were fabulous. Live music from the bar made conversation VERY difficult. Need walls extended to divide the bar from the restaurant. Otherwise everything was delicious. We are repeat customers.

   We clearly explained many times that my husband is gluten free - and waitress gave him food with gluten! Also, the cheese was rubber. The wedge was under a gallon of dressing. The lobster in the Lobster bisque was doused in some oil. Was a nice amount of lobster, but under the gross oil. Place was pretty but meal was THE PITS.

   Hi Joanna, I am sorry that you were disappointed with your meal tonight. We did remake your baked camembert for the table & took it off the bill, as we knew you weren't pleased. It seemed you were hoping for more of a dip, but the camembert is a spreadable cheese. I visited your table on multiple occasions, & took a few pictures for your group at the end of the night & nothing was mentioned to me (manager on duty) at all. The "oil" you are referring to, is butter. The lobster is cooked in butter & added to the chowder with green onion garnish. No dessert was ordered, so we discounted the birthday meal by 15% instead. We took off the gluten on the birthday app & entree, & let you know the brussels shared a fryer with gluten. We also addressed the birthday at the host stand, & the table.

   Our family loves Block3! It’s a must eat when we travel to Big Sky! Food and drinks are great, service is great, and a great time is always had by all. We can’t wait to come back the next time we are in town!
