Blu on the Hudson is thrilled to welcome winemaker and President and CEO of Schramsberg Wines, Hugh Davies, for an intimate multi-course meal featuring exceptional sparkling wines from Schramsberg, the premiere producer of American sparkling wines, as well as Pinot Noir and Cabernet from his eponymous Davies Vineyards. Please join us for a toast and reception at 6:30, followed by a 6 course meal curated by Executive Chef JC Ortega, paired with the wines of Schramsberg and Davies, by Sommelier Adam Greer, in our elegant dining room.

Blue at the Hudson was an amazing experience, all thanks to Victoria, whose kindness and attentiveness made the experience a 20/10. Victoria is warm, joyful, and graceful. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Definitely, must try the meats and cocktails. We had had an amazing experience!

Beautiful venue with many details and design touch’s. Brunch was amazing top notch and tasty . Only complaint is that we waited for a while for our food to come. Table Service was excellent ! Will be back for sure

It was an amazing night out celebrating my niece's 16th birthday. From the moment we walked in, everything was wonderful. The reception staff accommodate us to one of the best tables of the restaurant overlooking the city. The waiter was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious, everything tasty and cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will return.
