   This was the second time we visited Blu Prime...first for my birthday and then for my wife's. AMAZING!! My wife was recommended the Blank Panther for a cocktail - she had two! Everything we ordered was awesome! The staff is GREAT! Our server, Valeria, was so wonderful! She truly made my wife's birthday a treat! Thank you!

   This was our first time visiting BLU and we will not likely go back. As far as steakhouses go, overall the food and service were lacking. Despite having a reservation we had to wait for our table. Our server, Tre, seemed very green and gave us (unsolicited) lengthy descriptions of specific wines, “stars of the show” food options, etc. and also stood by our table taking notes for several minutes after we ordered. Our bone-in ribeye was the consistency of a skirt steak and the sides (mushrooms, macaroni and cheese, and fries) were average at best. We ordered two appetizers, cocktails, a large format bottle of wine and dessert as well. For the price and type of restaurant we will likely visit elsewhere before returning to BLU.

   BLÜ Prime made our 3rd anniversary unforgettable! From the intimate booth with rose petals to the surprise layered cake with fresh fruit, every detail was perfect. The food was incredible—lamb lollipops, a 16oz ribeye (shared for us in the back), creamy lobster mac and cheese, and flavorful Brussels sprouts. Ethan, our waiter, deserves special praise for elevating our experience. He was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in making the evening memorable. He suggested two red wines to pair with our meal, and after sampling both, I went with his top pick—the Belle Glos. It was phenomenal, so much so that I ordered a bottle to take home! My partner had the Black Panther cocktail, which was complex, smooth, and equally impressive. We ended our night with two Carajillos, which were a whole experience on their own. Hands down, they were the tastiest we’ve ever had and paired perfectly with the anniversary cake. The attention to detail at BLÜ Prime is unmatched. Every staff member contributed to the magic of the night. Their attentiveness was seamless—you feel cared for every second of your visit. BLÜ Prime is truly a place where fine dining meets extraordinary service. If you’re looking for a special occasion spot (or just an amazing meal), I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you, Ethan, and the entire team for making our night so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

   This is a very pricey high end steak palace. It did not meet expectations 1. Seriously overpriced ($12 for a side of Broccoli). $ 24 dollars for what I estimate to be at most a 5 oz pour of a red wine which retails for about $35-40 2. Incredibly noisy. No quiet area. Concomitant party of dozens of standing customers drinking and shouting. Impossible to talk across a table for 4 and they were adding to this by playing loud music. 3. Wedge salad mundane piece of slightly wilted lettuce. Caprese salad absolutely not burata nor noteworthy tomatoes. The ribs and filets were very good. I can’t see returning.

   Came for a birthday dinner, Happy Hour apps were pretty good. Beef carpaccio was a stand out. The Chilean sea bass with garlic sautéed spinach side dish were outstanding. Service was very attentive and the birthday dessert was over the top special.

   We had to ask to be moved because the first tanks they sat us at was on an edge by the bar. My braised beef was mostly fat with very little actual edible meat

    Absolutely loved it here. Spent my 5 year anniversary and it was made so special with every little detail. The service was immaculate. Our server was Holiday and she was amazing and definitely gave us a great experience and was so nice. She gave great recommendations and was great with checking in on us. The food is so good and the drinks 10/10. Loved the atmosphere and the vibes I really didn’t want to leave and just stay all night. Will definitely be returning.
