   Crudo and carpaccio appetizers were fine - nothing special and a little bland. Prices seem very high throughout the menu. Wine is wildly overpriced. Desserts are obscenely large, so don’t make the mistake of ordering one per person; one cake will feed 4 people (and it costs $18 a slice). I may come back to try a couple other things, but I certainly wasn’t blown away on my first visit. The bar staff were nice, though I’m unsure why there were 7 of them for what was about 20 seats and maybe 8 guests. Maybe that’s why menu prices are so high…their payroll must be huge.

   Our dining experience at Blu Prime for my husband’s birthday was nothing short of exceptional. The ambiance was elegant, and the food was outstanding—every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Our server, Holiday, truly elevated the evening with impeccable service, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming demeanor. They made sure every moment felt special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend Blu Prime for any special occasion!

   Magnificent dining experience-Food was superb Service was AMAZING!!! Staff was extremely attentive. Very glad that we went to Blu Prine for our wedding anniversary We will never forget the experience. Our server Bailey was TOP NOTCH!!! I highly recommend making Blu Prime a part of your celebration!!

   Maybe the 2nd worse steak I have eaten in my lifetime. Save the money. Go to Saltgrass!

   Still my favorite place by far in SA. Things have changed since my guy Carlos departed, you can tell the attention to details isn’t quite the same however Joseph is on top of everything and he’s the main reason I continue to come back. NYE food menu was great, especially enjoyed the halibut on the risotto. Glad to see some of the original people are still there as they’re what make this place what it is.

   decided to give blu another chance, was further let down. When I made reservations they didn't let me know it was a designated menu. the food wasn't very good service however was great

   We went yesterday on New Year’s Eve. The service was impeccable. A lot more staff to wait on you than all the other steak houses in town. We’ve dinned here a few times and they have definitely stepped it up. Drinks and food were on point. High recommend going here if you haven been in a while!

    The fixed price menu here never misses. Serving is a team approach that is well-informed and tactfully attentive. Overall my wife’s and my 4 visits have been memorable and very pleasant. Excellent value in our opinion.
