   Wonderful experience. Food was amazing! I just wished that the chef table was a bit more aesthetically pleasing. We could see all ingredients and such used in the kitchen but it wasn’t super organized. The food and service was amazing!

   An amazing experience! We chose the 7 course tasting menu. From the first course we knew we were in for something special. Each course was a treat for the eyes and the taste buds. Most of the food was locally sourced. The service was impeccable. I absolutely recommend a dinner at Blue 11 on tour trip to St Thomas.

   We weren’t sure what to expect when we pulled up to the front of the restaurant, but dinner was absolutely fantastic. We had the 11 course tasting menu. We started with 9, but with everything being incredible, we switched to 11. Every course was delicious and better than the last. Our server Jerry, was awesome. Our best meal in St Thomas. Can’t recommend enough! Don’t hesitate.

   The restaurant isn’t fancy and could use a face lift for the price point. The service was absolutely on point and the staff were energetic and engaging. They moved the meal along and kept the drinks coming and even laughed along with us. The food was ok. Not great and certainly not excellent. I have done tasting menus around the world and this was one of the worst experiences in regards to the food. The portions were small even by tasting standards. We did the 9 course meal and still wanted McDonalds after. The halibut course was so dry it was inedible, even the sever commented on that course “not being something he even liked”. Some of the sauces were elevated and worthy of the price point, but non of the actual protein. For a 700 dollar meal I expect to be wowed! I love these experiences and am blessed to be able to experience them, but this one fell short!

   This restaurant serves only 7, 9 and 11 tasting menues. I chose the 9 tasting menu ($111). With 1 martini, 2 glasses of chardonnay, 1 glass of coke and tip, the total bill for one person was $206!!! Every one of the 9 tiny tastings was outstanding. The sauces were incredibly delicious.

   The dining experience is amazing. There is also a 3-course kids dinner that 2 picky kids devoured. I'm definitely going back.

   This is a hidden gem. Very relaxing and excellent preparation. The chef was exceptional and sitting at the counter was a great way to see how it all comes together.

   Know what you're in for. At Blue 11 you either sign up for 7, 9, or 11 courses. You pay ~ $115 / ~$135 / ~$150. If you sign up for 7, you will absolutely be left hungry. My brother and sister-in-law both had the exact same experience. The service was terrible, took ages to receive a drink - you would've thought the place was packed. Also, comically, while we finished up our meal we could hear a dispute arise at the table behind us when the server told a customer that was their 9th course and the customer protested exclaiming that he had taken photos of each course. lol... there are better places to eat on the island.

    We had no idea what to expect in this unassuming location but it blew us away! The service and food was spectacular. Full of unique flavors and the presentation was so cool. Our family of 5 with 3 college kiddos LOVED it and will be back!
