   We were there for two hours and received our appetizers but had to remind the waitress that we didn’t have our salads yet. Our drinks were not refilled that whole time. We left after two hours without being served our main courses. Horrible experience.

   The food we ordered wasn't available. The Elk meatballs were over cooked and over sauced. The fish and chips (not much on menu) were boxed and old. The waiter complained about his job, coworkers, and cooks. It was such a negative experience.

   My husband and I recently had dinner here on a business trip. I have to say it was beyond our expectations. loved our dinners and wine and our server Adam was awesome. We will return!!!

   Been here before, but must say that this time around was better. Good food, good service, just a good place to go. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to ear.

   This was our second Easter brunch at Blue Canyon, where my wife and I go for special occasions. I thought the bunch was overpriced at $32.95. While the cuts of ham, lamb and prime rib are obviously expensive, there was much other food on the buffet that is certainly less expensive to prepare. Service was excellent as always at Blue Canyon, but there wasn't much bang for the buck. We won't be going back next Easter.

   Our first time at Blue Canyon. We had a very good dinner and were very please with our server. It was very busy at the restaurant, but the server was always right there to help us.

    It's not an overly fancy restaurant, and the menu is limited - but those are good things. Sometimes the menus of a higher priced restaurant have too many choices for me - This wasn't like that. the menu was reasonable and had good items. The food was good (would have been nice to have been served some bread) and the portions were good, too. Our waiter was helpful and prompt. The only drawback was being seated in a corner and the table next to us was loud, but it was a busy night.
