   First time visiting this restaurant it was amazing I had the red snapper it was very flavorful. Our server Prakash was very attentive. I would def recommend 10/10

   Second time at Blue Cilantro. Food and service was exceptional, just like the first time. One of our must dine locations whenever we’re vacationing in Grand Cayman.

   We had a party of four and a great all around time. Wine selection was great. The food was excellent an awesome variety to choose from. The service was always there to help and to serve the party.

   I am going to make this very clear and succinct… If this is your first, second, third time to the island… Or if you’ve been living on Grand Cayman for a year… If you don’t go to this restaurant on Sunday for brunch… Then you’re a fu&king idiot. The food was amazing… The service was even better… The ambience was incredible… If you’re not going here for a minimum of a two or three day trip… Then you’re missing out…. Period. You might not believe in our Lord Jesus, savoir Christ… But for those that can afford this trip… He wanted you to go to this restaurant! Seriously… this restaurant was awesome. It was a highlight of our five night trip!!

   A hidden gem. We were shocked to see so few diners in the restaurant. Food and service were amazing. Will definitely go back on next trip

   Blue Cilantro is a very good fine dining option on Grand Cayman Island. The restaurant has a stylish, upscale ambiance, and the service throughout the evening was excellent—attentive without being intrusive. I started with the bisque, which was flavorful but slightly too salty for my taste. For the main course, I ordered the grouper, which was expertly prepared and served with a savory sauce and tender asparagus. The fish was fresh and well-cooked, and the presentation was beautiful. The wine list is somewhat limited, but I chose a Frank Family Chardonnay that paired nicely with my meal. The highlight of the evening was definitely dessert: a banana cheesecake that delivered a perfect balance of sweet and salty flavors. It was creative and delicious—a great way to end the meal. Overall, I would recommend Blue Cilantro if you're looking for an elegant dining experience on the island. It’s a great spot for a special evening out.

   We had an amazing dinner and the service was incredible . Risotto , tortellini , fish/ crab special , blue cilantro salad, burrata , shrimp and stuffed breads/ chutneys were all delicious. Lovely ambiance . Unfortunately view is of the road but does not take away from the experience
