   A great experience except for the guy sitting nearby that needed to play videos on his phone with the encouragement of our server. Come on people - have a little respect.

   Showed up for an early evening reservation on the first floor and had to get up to the second floor. No one was there to instruct us on this so we wandered around for a bit. Then taking my mother-in-law, who was 75 years old they told us there was no elevator to get up to the second floor and we had a traverse Approximately 35 large and awkward stairs. This made the experience much worse. The service there was difficult to understand for English speaking patrons due to the poor English. We tried pointing to menu items out and still confusion. Food did taste ok, however brought out salad at the same time as dinner. Did not stick around for dessert. Would not recommend.

   We had the salmon, which was very good. Not much quinoa though. You might leave hungry. Also had sushi, which was a big portion and very good. The salads are very small and are made for one. We had the kale salad & Greek salad. However, the women’s bathroom was disgusting. One toilet was out of order. The other two were filthy. I did tell the staff. This brought down the stars. The waitress was extremely nice, helpful & knowledgeable. I would not go back because of the filthy bathroom.

   The concierge graciously seated me downstairs since the hotel elevator was not working (he specifically went to check). Appreciated due to a medical legs issue. Server was friendly; very good desert recommendation influenced my decision. Excellent food and timing, post-theater afternoon before another engagement.

    Food was cold. We got there at 4 when they opened. Everything was cold. Bang bang shrimp was hard with thick cold sauce thrown over it. Bread was cold. Lobster bisque and crab cakes were lukewarm. I usually enjoy my meals here but last night I was disappointed.
