Bluegrass is a casual restaurant located in Highland Park. With a cozy setting nestled into the west side of town it is a true destination dining location. Complete with a warm friendly bar and an American flare, Bluegrass blends in a little Southern influence into its repertoire. The wine and beer selections are all American, along with a full back bar, all hand selected to echo the quality of the fare. Aside from a beautiful setting, the restaurant has extraordinary food and service with a remarkable value.

    Great find in the North Shore! I got my NOLA fix❤️ The staff were professional and thoughtful. The hostess made us feel at home. The bartender got my hurricane PERFECT and our waiter was excellent! We will be back❤️

    Good food and friendly service. Tables are close together so if you are looking for a private intimate setting, this isn’t it. That being said the restaurant was decorated cute for Mardi Gras and the whole experience was very good! Would highly recommend.

    Superlative. Food reminded me of Commander’s Palace, excellent servers (minus the wisk broom cleaning of bread crumbs), variations of Creole Cuisine, and of course the bananas foster. Prices were amazing economical for menu and food.

    Staff is Always welcoming and inviting. Its mardi gras season and they do it right! Festive decorations, bead handouts, zydeco music and of course, delicious food representing Mardi Gras. The gumbo is delicious, makes me so happy!

    Everything was wonderful. I scored ambience a little lower because it was very loud at the beginning, but it quieted down as people were leaving. It has been a while since I have eaten in at Bluegrass and it didn't disappoint.

    We always enjoy our dinners at BlueGras and know when we dine here our food will be served quickly and with great taste. We both ordered the grouper and alligator bites ( which the bites are served during Mardi Gras season only I believe) The owner is over the top friendly and never misses a beat when serving her customers. Top notch food with top notch service. We will return again and again
